Anhang zum Konzern-Zwischenabschluss – ungeprüft
Der vorliegende Konzernabschluss wurde in Übereinstimmung mit den International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), IAS 34 „Zwischenberichterstattung” des International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), London, und unter Beachtung der Interpretationen des Standing Interpretations Committee (SIC) und des International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee (IFRIC) sowie gemäß den von der Europäischen Union anerkannten IFRS erstellt.
Der Konzernabschluss zum 31. März 2009 umfasst neben der MorphoSys AG die MorphoSys IP GmbH, die MorphoSys USA, Inc., die MorphoSys UK Ltd. (vormals Serotec Ltd.), die MorphoSys US, Inc. (vormals Serotec, Inc.), die MorphoSys AbD GmbH (vormals Serotec GmbH), die Oxford Biotechnology Ltd. und die Poole Real Estate Ltd. (vormals Biogenesis UK Ltd.), zusammen der „Konzern”.
