Anhang zum Konzern-Zwischenabschluss
Der vorliegende Konzernabschluss wurde in Übereinstimmung mit dem International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) IAS 34 „Zwischenberichterstattung” des International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), London, und unter Beachtung der Interpretationen des Standing Interpretations Committee (SIC) und des International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee (IFRIC) sowie gemäß den von der Europäischen Union anerkannten IFRS erstellt.
Der Konzernabschluss zum 30. Juni 2010 umfasst neben der MorphoSys AG die MorphoSys IP GmbH, die MorphoSys USA, Inc., die MorphoSys UK Ltd. (vormals Serotec Ltd.), die MorphoSys US, Inc. (vormals Serotec, Inc.), die MorphoSys AbD GmbH (vormals Serotec GmbH) und die Poole Real Estate Ltd. (vormals Biogenesis UK Ltd.), zusammen der „Konzern”.
